What you actually get, and what it costs you.
Free Lead Audit is a vague thing to click on, so here’s exactly what it is.
What you get
A written Lead Response Readback — a short document, not a deck — covering four things:
- Where your leads come in, and what happens to each one. Phone, web form, Google, Angi, Facebook, the yard sign, the referral. Mapped out on one page, which for most shops is the first time anyone has done that.
- Where they leak. The after-hours ones. The ones that hit voicemail during a job. The estimates that went quiet. The second line ringing while the first one’s busy.
- What the slow ones are costing you, in dollars. Using your numbers — your lead volume, your booking rate, your average job. Not an industry average, not my guess. Yours.
- The one thing I’d fix first. One. Not a list of twelve. The single highest-leak point and why I’d start there.
It’s yours to keep. Hire me, don’t hire me, hand it to the marketing company you already use — the document is the same either way. I’d rather you have an accurate picture of your own business than a proposal.
What happens on the call
Thirty minutes, on the phone or on video, whichever you prefer. I ask questions and you talk. Roughly:
- How are customers finding you right now?
- When somebody raises their hand, what happens next — who touches it, and how fast?
- What happens after hours, on weekends, during your busy season?
- What happens to a missed call?
- What’s an average customer worth to you on the first job?
There’s no screen share. There’s no slide deck. There’s no closer, no call center, no “let me bring in my director.” It’s me.
How long it takes
- 30 minutes on the call.
- 72 hours for the written readback to hit your inbox.
- Zero hours of prep on your end. You don’t need to pull reports or “get your numbers together.” Ballparks are fine; if you don’t know a number, that’s itself a finding.
What it costs
Nothing, and there’s no catch worth worrying about. Here’s the honest version of my motive: I do this because most owners have never seen their own lead flow written down, and once they do, a fair number of them ask me to fix it. If you’re not one of them, I’ve spent thirty minutes and you’ve got a useful document. I can live with that.
What it isn't
It isn’t a demo. It isn’t a pitch deck with your logo on the first slide. It isn’t a “free audit” that turns out to be a 40-page automated PDF from a tool. And it isn’t a trap where the real audit costs money — there’s one audit and it’s this one.
Not ready to talk to anyone? That’s fine — read the playbook first. Free, short enough to read between jobs.
