Veriga LLC, doing business as Veriga Partners (“Veriga,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the website at verigallc.com and provides lead-response, customer-nurturing, and appointment-reminder services to home-service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Plain language, no games.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site, book a call, or download our playbook, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your mobile phone number
- Your email address
- Your trade or type of business, and rough lead or call volume
- Anything you choose to tell us about how leads reach your business today
- Your consent to receive text messages, including the exact consent language shown to you, the date and time, the page you consented on, and your IP address
Information collected automatically. Standard web server and cookie data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page.
Message data. If you exchange text messages with us, we keep the content of those messages, the phone numbers involved, and the timestamps, so we can respond to you and keep an accurate record of your consent and opt-out choices.
How we use your information
- To reply to you quickly when you contact us, including by text message
- To deliver what you asked for — a free lead audit, the playbook, or a scheduled call
- To send appointment reminders and confirmations
- To send follow-up and customer-nurturing messages related to services you inquired about
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services
- To keep records required by telecommunications and consumer-protection rules, including records of your consent
- To comply with our legal obligations
Text messaging (SMS) program
This section describes our SMS program specifically. If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on one of our forms, you are giving express written consent to receive text messages from Veriga LLC at that number, including messages sent using automated technology.
What kinds of messages we send:
- Lead response. An immediate reply when you contact us or submit a form, usually within 60 seconds, to answer your question and help you book a time.
- Customer nurturing. Occasional follow-up messages about the service you inquired about.
- Appointment reminders. Confirmations and reminders for calls or appointments you have scheduled with us.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy anything from us or to do business with us.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you further messages unless you opt in again.

How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers who help us operate. We use third-party vendors to run the business — a messaging provider (Twilio) to send and receive text messages, an email provider (Kit, formerly ConvertKit) to deliver the playbook and email follow-ups, a scheduling provider (Calendly) to book calls, and website hosting and form tooling. These providers may process your information only to perform services for us, under contract, and may not use it for their own marketing.
- When the law requires it. To comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Veriga LLC or others.
- Business transfer. If Veriga LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. Your text-message consent data remains subject to the restriction stated above.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies that are necessary for the site to function and to remember your preferences. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the services you asked for and to run our business. Records of text-message consent and opt-out requests are kept for as long as required by applicable telecommunications rules, which may be longer than we keep other information. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see below.
Your choices and your rights
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Stop emails: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send.
- Access, correct, or delete: email info@verigallc.com and tell us what you want. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — including the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Residents of Virginia, California, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise these rights by emailing us at the address above. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will make that clear on the site.
